If your stay at the apartment lasts beyond 7 days we can offer you free cleaning. I may request, after 7 days, an inspection of the apartment to determine its cleanliness. If you require additional cleaning, the cost for such cleaning is 15.000 HUF~40€. As you can request extra cleaning service as well anytime for the same cost (15.000 HUF~40€).

Please DO NOT TAKE any equipment of the apartment including towels, blanket, bed linen etc. OUT of the place. Please also DO NOT BOTHERTOUCHclosed out sectionsthe apartment’s stuff or any equipment (spare bed linen, towels etc. are stored. In case of violation we are facing after your departure we keep the right for charging an extra fee for the replacement of the non-approved usage of 15.000 HUF (40 €).

In case your host recognizes any suspicious or dangerous behavior at check-in (e.g. excessively intoxicated condition), which is considered as a high-risk factor, heshe is authorized to ask for a deposit up to 3000€ in cash based on hisher decision, which will be returned at check-out depending on damages aroundinside the apartment.

Please report any damagesbreakdown of the apartment’s equipment, furniture and fixtures or any other anomalies (resulting as an improper use accident) issues within 24 hours and before your check-out so any such issues can be fairly resolved.

Lost keys will result in a charge of 80,000 HUF~205 €. This represents the full costs of replacing locks, keys, (proxy) and labor.
